1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777jd ("777jd", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://777jd.net and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotional programmes, and payment services.

By registering an account, accessing any page of the 777jd website, placing a bet, depositing funds, or claiming any bonus offer, you conclusively confirm that:

3 Account Registration and Security

3.3 Account Security

You must not share your login details with any other person. 777jd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 777jd support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal, when your account reaches certain transaction thresholds, or at any time 777jd reasonably determines that verification is necessary. 4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.3 Withdrawals

4.4 Prohibited Transactions

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on 777jd — including slots, table games, and crash games — are provided by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates in accordance with its own rules as determined by the game provider. 6.2 Sports Betting

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the 777jd platform:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, payment fraud, or identity theft.

• Using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable law.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777jd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or gambling losses.

777jd provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

In no event shall 777jd's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your 777jd account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the expiry of any bonus wagering obligations. Accounts in the middle of an active self-exclusion period cannot be reopened until the exclusion period has elapsed.

9.2 Suspension by 777jd

777jd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Operation of duplicate accounts.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward platform staff or other users.

9.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, all pending bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you unless the closure arises from a breach of these Terms, in which case 777jd may withhold funds pending investigation. These Terms will continue to govern any matters arising prior to the date of account closure.

10 Governing Law and Disputes

10.1 Complaints Procedure

Our team will acknowledge your complaint and provide an initial response within 24 hours. Complex complaints may require up to five (5) business days to investigate and resolve. 10.3 Governing Law

10.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 777jd with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
